Great customer service from the red head lady to the manager with glasses who went out and retrieve my package that was Mis delivered over a month ago. First time I ever seen a postal worker (management ) went above and beyond for their customers and actually did what he said he was going to do.. Great job keep up the good work 🙏🏾🙏🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Usually great customer service! Unfortunately new member of staff who loves to be difficult. Proficient in rolling his eyes and not responding to the bell! Please can we get the previous guy back!

This place has bad reviews but I’m from NYC where the post office is a literal nightmare, so subjectively, this location is decent. There is usually a line but again, I’ve been in much worse situations (2 hour waits for package pickup in NYC is common). The times I’ve had to come here, they are pretty fast and the staff is very kind to me.

Why, when the red flag is up doesn't the mail carrier get my outgoing mail. Also, why does the mail carrier constantly leave the door open to my mail box...letting the rain get on the mail?
