Adam with the Injury Recovery class is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has taught me how to care for my joints and adapts exercises to individual needs. Water aerobics are also fun while getting amazing workouts.

Not to shabby if a fitness center! Lots of different things to do. Good equipment/open space. Probably not ideal if you’re a big weight lifter. But pool/classes/cardio is great. Good community here. Pickleball is great as well. Indoor & outdoor!

It is depends on how many people are on your account, and how old they are, and if you are a Provo resident. For one person, it's about $20-30 bucks a month. For my family of six, it's about $45 a month. You can check out the website for pricing.
