Had a PO box here for over a decade and even after a 2-year pandemic (and doubling their rental fees), this place still cannot find an accessible contact-free method for customers to get a replacement key and/or access my mail. The lack of care for the disabled community, and the lack of communication altogether (A random email every 6 to 7 weeks telling me that my inquiry has been resolved without providing any actual resolution) is incredibly frustrating. I'm ending up having to go with a virtual mail service as it is more cost efficient and accessible. They also have far more reliable communication.

Most of the clerks here have an argumentative poor attitude with low morale. There’s one older lady with short hair that’s always positive and helpful; even when you can tell she’s worn down. This post office also distributes mail poorly and sends my outgoing packages to the wrong distribution centers quite often causing major delays for my business. My package has been sitting in the dallas area for 4 days and has yet to leave to go to Nashville and today was the expected delivery date. Needless to say, I’ll gladly drive an additional two miles to the post office near the Galleria, where they get it right and my packages get delivered earlier than expected & I don’t have to deal with grown big babies that hate their job and take it out on customers.
