The worst place ever to take your truck or trailer to for servicing. The General Manager, shelby smith is always spiteful and mean to customers and tries to flaunt her General Manager powers every time. I had a service order and was told to wait for 5 hours by the service team, and after waiting for their call for so long without a call, I found out she had ordered our truck to be towed. We were parked rightly and legally at the regular parking at the back, not a reserved spot. We called her to explain we had a service order with her team and showed her evidences, but she would not listen to anyone. She apparently did not even ask the service team if we had a service order. We had to pay about $4000 to take our truck back from towing. Take your equipment here at your own risk!

Very very very bad experience! I checked in on Saturday at 9:00 PM at the TA shop to buy a new Michelin steer tire and replace my old one and wanted to do oil change. They called me Sunday at 12:30 PM replaced my tire and the guy informed me that I can not leave the bay someone else will come for oil change. Now 6:21 PM the tech called another truck and bring it to the bay for oil change while I’m waiting! Terrible customer service! Will never ever come back here for service in my truck! The mechanic like doesn’t care about me

c-store: Customer service oriented, friendly employees truck parking: Almost half of the lot is reserved. Give us a break. That's just greed. And get the cars out of the truck parking area, that just makes it worse. restaurant: If you're going to have a hostess seat your customers, please put your 'wait to be seated' sign in a visible spot and have an attentive hostess. Even without seeing a sign, I waited a minute to see if someone would approach me. No one did so I seated myself. I don't need to be reprimanded by a waitress with an attitude about doing it wrong. (yeah, the chick with the hair. you know who I'm talking about). That's how you lose a customer... and get bad reviews. Imagine that.

Recently build/rebuild clean fancy petro /TA ! 85% of it is reserved parking ! Restaurant inside with tap beer available ! Starbucks too inside Cashier lady was nice to me ! Free parking gets full in broad day light afternoon cause it’s few spots and I was of time on log and had to pay for reserved So 3 star through even though I spended 790$ on diesel ,$19 on food and $13 on drinks plus parking !

No buffet. Food is okay but not enough of it. Wait staff is slow with few exceptions. They need to replace or train the sloths to ask if anything is needed and to check back before bringing the bill. Ex: order sandwich with mayo. Come back to find customer needed mayo and has been waiting for wait staff to return. Sandwich now cold when returned with mayo and expect customer to be happy.
Yes there is. Alcohol served also. Let's not forget that there's approximately 3:1 ratio of car to TRUCK parking. A sad fact being that TA/Petro has always been a Truck Stop, now they pander to cars and seem to forget that every time a Truck fuels it's usually $500-$700. A car? Not so much...
