3 pm appointment for an MRI at 3:40 they come out and tell us it will be another 30 minutes, they are running behind. Then they take an individual that has a 3:15 appointment ahead of us. 30 minutes come and go they come out and say it is going to be another 8 minutes, once again 8 minutes come and go with no word why would you pick 8 minutes if you can not meet it. Finally an hour and 23 minutes late they finally come out to get her. You can bet if we were 10 minutes late they would have given up our appointment, when are these facilities going to understand that our time is valuable too. We should be compensated for our time. In addition, the restroom is disgusting.

Ultrasound was reported saying I had a pancreatic mass. Do you have any idea of how that scares the living daylights out of someone? Arranged my own MRI at a different facility for the next day which was no easy task. I was losing my mind over this. So were friends and family with whom I shared my ‘results.’ Had an MRI today that completely disputed all claims of cysts, solid masses, etc on the tail of the pancreas. Is the job market pool of candidates so weak that you hire sub-par radiologists and technicians?? I will never again use Health Village Imaging In Manahawkin or any of your facilities plus I will share my experience with friends and family to save them the drama and trauma of dealing with your staff who also leave a lot to be desired.

I came here with low expectations my wife and son both had bad experiences I went even my wife warned me ,I should’ve listened I got there and got prepared for m r I on my ankle the I was already on the machine for 35 min when they stoped and was questioning the MRI prescription they wasn’t sure what it said they could not read it properly so here I am sitting on the machine for 35 to 40 minutes waiting for them to find out what the prescription size done it went out to 45 minutes then it went out to an hour then it went out to two hours while I was on the machine they called my doctors office to verify the prescription it was horrible I was on the machine for too long hours they didn’t have a clue what they were doing I will never come back to this place I guess my wife was right they need to get to act together and they professionalism together and figure out how to treat people when people is there waiting when I went back to my doctors office to show them the desk he said they didn’t even do what he asked him to do so now I have to go back and get a MRI again from somewhere else the receptionist told me they should’ve had me waiting on the machine why they call the office that was totally wrong somebody need to get this place together if I could give you guys a zero I will give you a zero this place is horrible
