The services I receive at Eleanor Health are exceptional! The staffers,Rebecca, Jessica and Dr Fran,assigned to me are friendly, sensitive, genuine in their concerns about my care and compassionate. I've had my share at other institutions and Eleanor has to rate above all others. Rebecca,has to be,or is one of the most nicest, warmest,and kindest individuals I've ever met. She not only hears what I say,but she listens. I have no issues with me being transparent. That's how comfortable she makes me feel in our sessions. Customer service rates high in my books also. If you missed your appointment or something came up and you have to reschedule - no worries! Things happen! Call the clinic as soon as you can so we can reschedule the appointment in a timely manner and make sure we stay on track with your recovery journey.
An office-based addiction treatment program (OBAT) offers drug and alcohol treatment sessions that can be scheduled during various times throughout the week. This allows members to continue with their regular responsibilities and continue living at home. Members check into treatment at their scheduled times for counseling and medication. OBAT programs are customized to each member's unique needs and offer an array of services that can include MAT (medically-assisted treatment), counseling, education and providing a network of support.
