Nice people. Install of the planks is well done and was performed on time. However, the install of the quarter round borders was terrible. Nearly all of the quarter-round pieces fell off within two months. We had the Maxwell people come back and reattach them, but they all fell off again in a short period of time. This makes all of the edges look shoddy and unprofessional. It is a constant source of frustration and an eyesore. I would definitely go with another company if I were to do it again. Update: after posting this review, both the store manager and installer contacted me to make things right. The installer (Logan) came to see the problem and propose solutions at his own expense. I chose to have him install a new toe-kick/baseboard. His partner (Breanne) returned that week and performed the work. Each piece was custom cut to fit and painted to match existing baseboard. It looks much better, and I don't anticipate having further issues.

Wish I could say I had a great experience, but I didn't. I originally contacted Maxwell for a quote to recarpet a flight of stairs and stretch carpet in a few rooms. They were responsive and sent rep out. After the rep left I received a quote to install the carpet but it didn't include the stretch. I assumed the tech would do the work and charge as needed when he arrived. The carpet got installed and the guy didn't stretch any carpet. I called Maxwell back to get a quote to stretch and was told someone would get back to me. Never did. I called again and requested a quote and was once again told someone would get back to me and once again, they never did. I was preparing to move across the country and had a limited timeframe. Maxwell had terrible customer service and made a stressful situation even worse.
