Our mail carrier is completely rude and her attitude and behavior is despicable! She drives erratically and almost took me out as I pulled into my driveway today! That aside, she's left us NASTY notes in our mailbox many times because our next door neighbor parks "too close to the mailbox"...I guess 35 ft. is too close?! Even if that was the case, the nastiness of the notes are completely uncalled for!!! The men who deliver our mail sometimes are very kind and totally the opposite of this rude lady...wish they were our carriers all the time! She needs to be let go!!!!!!! 4800 W 9800 S 2pm

Always a great experience! Even if there is a short wait, you always feel like you have their 100% attention when it's your turn. There are times when there is a line - we all have to just accept it. But I really appreciate that kind of service!

The only option is to physically make a visit to the post office in person when their office is open. No one answers the 1-888 USPS phone number anymore from months ago, I understand it's frustrating to have to take this option, the new way that USPS is doint business doesn't make it any easier nor more convenience or helpful to consumers.

No, but you should forward your street mail to the PO box. It forwards for a year. That gives you time to let all your correspondents know your P.O. box. Talk to a window clerk for more details.
I was told I needed to go online and schedule the appointment. What is the website to do this?
Bring ID to the post office and pay the fee. $40? They will change the lock. They don't keep copies of the cluster box keys. When you get the new (3) keys you can go to a lock Smith and make more copies
Bring ID and proof of ownership (closing documents/lease) during working hours. If it is a brand new development the boxes and keys might not be ready. You will need to pick up your mail at the PO until then.
No, West Jordan and Sandy do passports but you need an appointment
