The customer service is top-notch! We were stranded in Long Island after or BNB was cancelled and thankfully this hotel had a cancellation and we were able to stay here. The service is phenomenal as the hostesses provided accommodations for everything we needed-from the room, to breakfast and even providing late-checkout-this is a place I’d recommend to anyone. Thank you for your accommodating and treating us with exceptional customer service.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Room is completely bright at 6:30am. Blackout or darker curtains would have been nice.

We were at the property only for dinner. Beautiful presentation on salad appetizer course but chalky risotto, checked out waiter and a steak that came to table already cut up and not at right temperature. Overly long interval waiting for further cook on meat and delivery of wine to table. We are still capable of cutting our own meat! No contact from front of house to see how things were going.

Hotel: Impeccable service. A very luxurious stay. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and welcoming! The complementary breakfast is to die for! So delicious Restaurant: absolutely delicious, definitely worth the pricing. We walked in and was greeted by the friendliest hostess who definitely made our night magical.
