You can be assured that our staff members are healthy and are having their temperatures checked before every shift. We wear gloves and masks at all times, we disinfect often-touched surfaces like door knobs and milk pitchers frequently, and we have hand sanitizer readily available at all cafes. Customers must wear a mask inside our stores and maintain the 6-foot Social Distancing. Signs posted outside our café front doors will tell you the maximum number of customers allowed inside the store at one time. All cafes feature UV lights which filter indoor air, and all bathrooms feature HEPA filtered hand dryers which filter out unwanted particles as well. For those who feel uncomfortable entering our stores, we suggest downloading the HCC Perks App which allows you to order and pay on your smartphone. App orders are prepared and bagged safely behind the counter and placed in a safe and easily accessible shelf for the customer to pick up without coming in contact with anyone.
