This has been a very difficult experience. I signed up for detox only for 7 to 10 days. I was told I would have help finding accommodations..as of day 10 they still hadn't made even one phone call. I signed myself out but for waited for hours. They finally released me but lost some extremely expensive belongings.

I called thinking that I could only get inpatient help for my PTSD if I had an addiction issue. After lengthy discussion with my doctor and other facilities, I realized that the treatment I need is not what they provide. I've let them know several times that I will not be going. The agents continually call, leave voicemails, and when I have answered telling them again that I would not be going, they're harassing and shaming me badgering. I have reported them to state and federal offices for these practices. I am not one of those who will post due to having been there and being unhappy. When I asked them about other reviews, I was told they are all from people who were forced into their program. I never went and don't plan to. These are the most abusive people I've ever dealt with. It is not ok to blow up someone's phone for weeks when they tell you to stop.

I’ve been gone from Level Up Lake Worth for a month and a half now and was reassured I’d get my mail forwarded to either my PHP or my home address. I’ve made numerous attempts texting and emailing group facilitators (who confirmed my mail was in the office) and an alumni coordinator who continues to give me nothing but “I’ll reach out” responses. I could elaborate on other complaints I have about the facility and my experience, but I just want my mail and to be done with this place. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

A remaining balance generally may reflect that you have not met your insurance deductible. Or that your insurance carrier requires a copay that the patient is directly responsible for. Also in some instances, there is an applicable co-insurance or the treatment service was considered a non-covered fee under your insurance benefits plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield typically covers individual therapy sessions for people with mental health conditions. BCBS insurance may cover therapy fully or partially depending upon the member’s plan. The member may still be responsible for certain additional costs of therapy, especially if they still owe money towards their deductible or are required to pay a coinsurance.
The amount of substance abuse treatment that BCBS covers is contingent upon a member’s particular plan, their desired treatments, and the provider they choose. You can discover more about your BCBS coverage by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card or calling one of our admissions navigators today.
The length of time that Blue Cross Blue Shield mental health insurance, or any insurance plan, will cover rehab depends on an individual’s specific health care plan and their behavioral health benefits. The length of time that someone stays in rehabilitation for mental health is also contingent upon the particular treatment program and their recommended level of care. You can find rehabs that accept blue cross blue shield insurance.
In general, Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans do cover treatment for addiction, at least in part, but again, specifics are based on the individual policy you possess. Most plans cover treatment for medical detox if determined to be necessary. This would most likely be the case for those suffering from benzodiazepine addiction, alcohol addiction, and opiate addiction. Detoxing from these substances can be dangerous and should always be monitored by medical professionals.
Yes, in general, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance covers various forms of inpatient rehab. There are multiple types of inpatient rehab, including ones with specialized programs for people struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders. Other inpatient residential rehab centers may place emphasis on treating women who are pregnant or have recently had children or simply be gender-specific.
