Very helpful team and they are quick to assist. Only 8 ppl at a time in the store now due to covid just an FYI.

The store is great. Good collection and friendly professional staff. But the quality of Doc Martens is below a grave lately. I was buying Dr. Martens for decades and wearing them for decades. Lat time I bought two pairs of sandals they died before reaching the end of Summer. Too expensive for being disposable I believe.

Standard Doc's shop, but the service was great!

One of the employees had the worst attitude. Was on his phone and acted annoyed that I asked for a size. When I asked for a size in another style, he didn’t want to get it for me, saying ,”that will have the same fit.” I had to tell him I wanted to try it on anyway for him to go get the shoe. Didn’t say a word or even looked at me after that. The store wasn’t even busy. Weird and off putting experience.
