Great shoes, terrible / nonexistent exchange policy. Make sure you are 100% certain you picked the right size before leaving the store!!! I bought this awesome pair of purple boots this weekend, but after wearing them for an hour, realized they are too big after my feet kept sliding around. Went in two days later to exchange them for a smaller size, and was told no. Apparently they only accept exchanges for completely unworn shoes. Very bummed. Expected a better policy for a $400 pair of shoes.

The salespeople here are incredibly rude! Came in to buy new shoes because mine just broke. The three salespeople were openly making fun of my shoes, and not helping any customers. Then the blonde salesgirl (I think her name is Maddie) literally tripped me on purpose… Then started to clean every shoe I touched. She was working Saturday, Aug 13th and wearing a children’s blue princess dress. I would really like to speak with the manager Sean about this issue!
