Last load in at 8 pm clove at 10

So angry right now. Using two washers...#8 and #1. #8 will not add water. My laundry is spinning itself clean??? #1 seems to be working fine. No phone number to call anywhere in this facility nor online. It is 8:25 am Thursday December 5, 2019.
