My wife and I are extremely happy with our new sectional/ottoman set and sales experience. John R. (Big Red) is one of the most helpful and professional sales people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The sectional we wanted was cheaper at another store, but we would have had to wait a month for it. John matched the price for us and assured us that we would have it the next day. Not only did he deliver on his promise, but he returned my call in less than 10 minutes and did not pressure us at all. I was not going to take the platinum protection plan (I generally dont believe in these things). But since its such a light colored fabric, this made me a bit nervous. John took his time to carefully explain every detail of the plan, which gave me the confidence i needed to purchase it. The ottoman was out of stock, so we had to wait just a little bit longer for it than the sectional. When the date of availability got pushed back, we were frustrated because we paid in full for the entire package (no financing involved) and didnt want to wait too long. Once again, John came to the rescue. He worked with his manager to make sure we had it in a few days instead of having to wait for the "back in stock" date that R&F had posted on their website. Once again, John not only worked hard to take care of the issue but he called me back in 10 minutes with the resolution. Big Red...I cant thank you and your manager enough for the amazing service!! We love our new living room.

That's false advertising.. your commercials say 3 days or less and you remove the old furniture. I'm so disappointed because I was just about to apply for Your finance card .. I know where I live we cannot put used furniture outside our residency.. so whats the real truth .. we love your selections and out of all the other competitors we wanted to go with Raymoore and Flanigan because of all the great things you do for the less fortunate and Breast cancer victims which my sister is one who has been fighting a non stop battle for 7 yrs .. I do hope I'll get a sufficient reply to my msg Thanks

Yes, they have a full range of sizes and firmness. It was hard choosing. Ours was available for delivery the next day. As for prices I can say they were cheaper than Mattress Firm and R&F often have sales.
Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
