I have used this location many times because of the good service I received. I have to drive a bit further but because of the poor service I receive at the little road bank, customer service is not up to par and they seem as if they don't really want to help.

This is the worst bank ever! I don't see how Kayla was promoted to bank manager. In my opinion she should be demoted and trained properly on her professionalism.
