The staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude. They won’t ask for a name if you call for someone specific, they will just tell you “I don’t know their name, so I can’t help you” with a large amount of attitude behind it. I feel a HUGE change in staff is needed to run the hospital the RIGHT way, to make patients more comfortable
