I believe they do! It's been two months since last I was there, but I'm sure they had a section for $2/and below.
They buy records for cash. May need to leave them for a day or so. Possibly do when there.
They let in 5 people at a time, doors are locked so you have to be let in. Masks and sanitizer.
The pay varies by record and condition. Rarer records go for more etc.and condition always counrs too. And some genres are preferred over others.
None that I've seen.

Hey Ginny. Give the shop a call or get to it. Google q&a is just for consumers to ask and answer questions. Bit as a tip: the philly record ex is fun as hell to show up and dig around. Place is not exactly organized so you never have any idea what you'll find, and probably, neither do the people that work there.
