#1 the wait is horrible. The staff line system they have in place does not work. There is one person cutting cold cuts while 3 other employees just watch while the customer line builds up… just awkward. Customers just walk out after losing their patience. #2 I asked for my sub to be heated and staff including manager (Paul) refused to this despite having a fully available grill. I explained that I was pregnant and it was unsafe to eat it cold and he still refused. He said he can only use grill for hot subs listed on menu and not cold cuts due to cross contamination. But their food slicer for cold cuts gets all kinds of cross contamination and it never gets wiped in between. I walked out this place hungry and confused. You are better off going to the local deli for better service, less wait time, warm subs—- and much better prices!

This place is amazing! The lovely view of all the other buildings around it really pull the sandwich environment together. I ordered the BLT and it was the perfect amount of crisp and delicious. Highly recommend this location, the best Jersey Mikes around!

Been to Jersey Mikes so many times and to different ones. And the Hartsdale location hands down has great customer service and the sandwiches are just amazing. Need to be tried by everyone.
