Dr called in medicine but an hour and a half later, it still wasn’t in Walgreens system? My husband finally got the medicine but was told Walgreens no longer accepts Medicaid . TRY to call in antibiotic for my patient, pharmacy made me wait 25 minutes. When i was able to talk to store manager, she told me the pharmacist is too busy to answer my call. This is the worse customer service i have ever encountered.
