Unless you have an account, or speak Spanish. You don’t matter here. I called this location on the phone asking about a multimeter. They said they had some and would sell to the public. So I stopped in after work. I stood around for 5 minutes as there was no employee in sight. (He was in the back grabbing a part) after he comes back he finishes the sale with the guy that was waiting on him. They appeared to finish. But continued chatting in Spanish about the guys family. After standing around for 20 minutes and still not even being at least acknowledged, I left. I’ll bring my business to someone who wants it.

If they were not having the stock issues they are this would be five stars. I have to point out the superior and above and beyond customer service I receive from Tim Kinn in the Naples office, his professionalism and sense of humor go a long way in making my job easier and more enjoyable.
