Ordered lunch for delivery with the office staff. Asked for a Caesar Salad with chicken. Cost $8.19 plus tax, delivery fee and tip. I received a side Caesar for lunch. Tried called to dispute and no answer. I basically paid over $10 for a side salad. It’s so frustrating that people can’t pay attention to detail. Receipt shows exactly what I wanted. A year ago I left a review for same reason. I actually went to location and placed order in drive thru. Asked for tropichop bowl with chicken rice beans etc…. All I got was the rice and chicken no toppings. I decided a year ago I would never return, lesson learned. Don’t waste your time at this location and definitely don’t pay these crazy high prices for delivery services cause you won’t get what you paid for. Oh and tried called to speak to someone for a refund and no one answers phone.

Good, but not as good as the one on Collier Drive. My wife and I waited and waited while the counter person had lunch on one occassion, and got a ;whole lot of attitude from a different counter person on another occassion. Some of these people shouldn't be working with the public. Food was good. Stuck to the basics with the Cuban sandwich and chicken with rice and beans. Good food, lousy service.

I live out of state so thought I would try this place. I thought the Cuban was awesome and the staff was really nice.

Food was tasteless, Cuban sandwich had no pickles or mustard, Tropichop bowl was ok. Ordered Coke, got diet, asked for new drink, got diet again. Friend was not even offered a drink.
