I’ll start by saying the guide service was 5 star! The resort needs work. The restaurant is only open Friday and Saturday night reservation only. We camped the site were so close that the people behind us had to seat on top of our sewer hose. No bathrooms for campers to use. Most of the docks had broken boards. The worst the sewer was over follow into a ditch going into the river.

We had a great time. Food was good, room was nicer than I expected. The motel roo.s are nice. I had a double bed and there is a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Small dining area. The cabins were very nice as well. Basically a 2 bedroom house. They do have different size cabins. I can only speak for the 2 bedroom that I saw. Restaurant is a little pricey, but fantastic food!

Cabins are clean and very functional except teeny bathroom, with its door opening toward kitchen sink. Boat dock could use some work for improved safety.

What a beautiful place! Kind staff and attentive service. The staff seems to care about your stay and it's obvious. The property is well maintained with very natural views.

Clinton is about 45 minutes from Heber springs. It is located in the heart of clinton down around western sizzlin.
120 for a whole day plus tax 98 half day
No, but they are all very nice. They whole are has old-growth trees.
Breakfast is not served at the restaurant
It is VERY pet friendly.... I highly recommend it there, especially in the fall. However, just like everywhere, you cannot rely on all pet parents being completely responsible.
