Just had the rudest customer service rep in the history , huge attitude!! Couldent log in to repurchase after receiving the email to reorder, Called the number, reset password, still dident work, Yelled at me, told me I don’t know what I’m doing. Reset again dident work I can buy filters like this from the a/ c company we use or Home Depot Not worth it Their 1 star ratings for customer service speaks for itself No excuse her follow up to my comment says it all

I have used filter factory for a number of years now and I have always been impressed by the quality of their products and customer service. Recently, I ordered a new size of AC filter and Elissa called me to discus the dimensions of the filter. She wanted to be certain that I had not made a mistake and didn't want me to wast my money on a filter that would not fit. As it turned out, the dimensions I gave were correct, but I appreciate her contacting me just to confirm. Great customer service Elissa - thank you.

I have used your products for 15 years, recently had to replace my unit .I could not find a filter and found out I could now order direct,had it in three days. It fit perfectly. These filters are great .Thanks for a quality USA product. Keep up the good work
