I might have given a better review had they answered their phone. In the last 2 days I've called over 15xs. I guess they don't want to do business a few times it was like somebody picked up hung up and then it was busy after that. I know the store is not that busy I've been in it a few times but because of the holiday weekend I was trying to confirm them being open which on the website said it was, but who knows now won't be going, next time answer your phones!!!

Brittany ruin my daughter's 1st time getting her ears pierced, she said without even looking that her ear lobe is too big. She didn't want to help us.how dare she my daughter is 8 years old. As big as she is she should know good and well not to say that to a Lil girl,! I'm so upset I didn't want her touching my daughter
