I made an appointment with a Master Stylist Courtney. I have been to this location before and I have to say I was extremely dissatisfied with her service. Once seated a woman came to me to follow her. I proceeded into a room and was asked to close the door. I then asked if she was Courtney. She said yes. ( great introduction on her part) I felt I should leave at that moment) she asked me what I wanted. I told her I was not sure. She then said you got classic so that’s what I’ll do. I told her what I was looking for and she didn’t say anything. Aggravated already I then said “ your the stylist, can you tell me my options?” She did not have the caliber of a Master Stylist at all. For 2 reasons 1: her bedside manner was horrible! And 2:) both my eyes were burning, which she said was because I had soap in my eye. What?! The extensions were different on both eyes. I had her fix them two times . I had to keep getting up from the table to look in the mirror. When she was done she just turned off the light and sat there. So I assumed I was done. She never said anything to me. Not even thank you or goodbye. I voiced my concern to the reception when it was time to pay as I gave her only a 10% tip. Which in my eyes was too much. Some of the lashes already fell out after not even 24 hours. And for that I paid $200. Master stylist, really? Are there no standards to be considered a Master Stylist? I am so annoyed I am posting a yelp review as well. I was actually there to book a bridal party of 8. Thank god I went before I booked for them!

Save your self some money. Within two days my eyelashes fell out I was charged over $100. Then I was told I had 30 days to cancel my subscription before it was to be taken out of my account, Upon canceling my subscription before one week, This place refused to cancel it and was charging me for a whole Additional month that I will never use. The so-called manager was rude and disrespectful and would not let me speak to anybody else regarding this matter. So in a nutshell, 1. I was carved over $200 for a service that was horrible and 2.for a service I will never receive. I was also supposed to spin a wheel for a reward for getting a subscription and the girl at the desk told me they didn’t have anything good to offer me so I wouldn’t be able to spin the wheel. This is total theft of service and I am disputing it. I hope that somebody will read this and that it won’t happen to them.

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.

We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
