I normally order the thin crust bbq chicken, and almost 3/5 times it's been waaay past done, like burnt and crumbled when you picked it up, it was so order done. Very disappointed in the price I paid, for the quality of food that I received.

My husband and I was on our way home from a local restaurant in Moline,Il on 6/24/22 at 9:20 pm when a Domino's pizza driver was behind us(tailgating us the whole way to Kenndy Drive in East Moline, Il when we came to the traffic light at Kenndy Drive, there was a green light, we were at in the left hand turning lane that had to yield, when we slowed down to yield to the on coming traffic the Domino driver swerved around the right hand side of us and went around us, thank goodness no on coming traffic was coming. Very unsafe driver to drive that way for a buck and possibly someone's life..

NO stars should be the rating but I can't post unless I give at least 1 star. I paid overprice for delivery and tipped generously; the pie was so uncooked that it was unhealthy to eat-like a dough ball with cheese and toppings plus it was ultra greasy. When I called on speaker phone the clerk told me I was being disrespectful. I told him I would complain to corporate and his retort was to say, "go ahead and when they review the call they'll see you're yelling at me." I told him I was on speaker phone and not to be so sensitive" He sarcastically told me "Okay, sir." We should ALL be sick of corporate food taking advantage of us and our hard-earned money. AWFUL!

At 9 PM I ordered food to take to work with me. Estimated time was a half hour. I arrived at 930 to pick up my food and the order screen says 1-5 minute wait with 2 people in front of me. No big deal right? As I'm waiting there are 2 cancelled orders. One order that is above me is told there was a mistake make on their order and would have to be remade. The other order above me is picked up. At 945 2 new names appear above mine on the order screen and mine still reads 1-5 minutes. I ask the girl working the register(not her fault). She tells me that my order hasn't even been started yet. So I wasted 45 minutes of my time placing the order, driving there, and waiting for the supposed 1-5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes and no order to be had. I had to cancel and leave for work. So here I am at work Hangry(hungry and angry) with no way to get anything to eat. I 100% agree with the review from a month ago that said not the employees fault. Owner and franchise need to set realistic expectations. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered there all the time and had it delivered to my job. Always had really good pizza and never got sick
No they don't do long distance
Tiffany is right, but I did think it was worth noting that the Domino's website also has a PayPal Checkout button.
