Rebeca and Lynnette make a great team at the front desk. Rebeca was especially helpful and diligent with anything we needed. Lynnette made the effort to get to know us personally and helped me find deals in booking at the hotel and others in the future. We will definitely be back to stay in the near future!

Jeisson Jeisson Jeisson!!!!! He is the best front desk human being ever, makes you feel the king of England when you are checking in. I have never experienced someone so nice and kind during a check in. I’m floored by his customer service and kindness. We will stay here every time we stay in Miami because of Jeisson 🖤

Yes. Call the hotel to make sure they notify the driver and they will instruct you on where to wait on the shuttle. Or Look for a black van that says Intercontinental at Doral on it 😁 enjoy your stay

They told us the free breakfast offer we booked was only for two people per room, so we had to pay for breakfast for the third person. Can anyone confirm if this is correct, because I can't find any info online.

Not to the port for the cruise. They do shuttle you to airport. I think it runs every 30mins
