Overall good but my room wasn’t ready and had to wait for a digital key

Everything was great until I found out the next morning that our breakfast was not included which meant searching for a place to have breakfast OR pay for breakfast at your hotel. I had asked about it when I checked in AND was told breakfast was included as I expected; I was also told it was from 6:30-11 am. Then, Saturday morning came around and I found out it was not with not even an offer to include it OR give us a discount. It was a take-or-leave-it type of situation. We checked out right away and went someplace else. Very dissapointing.

Customer service was excellent. The room was clean and all services were available. The mini fridge wasn't cooling and they immediately brought another. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The restaurant staff was extremely accommodating to Muslims. Overall great experience. I would definitely rebook in the future.
