Don't trust the people on the phone, they will be super kind and considerate at first. They'll be patient and kind and listen to your problems. If you're worried about the cost, etc, they will persaude you, because people in need of this service are vulernable. If you ask for time to think, they will do their best to persaude you to book instantly. But once you change your mind? The mask is off. The dude I spoke with, Dan, was very nice, but then when I called back a few days and told him I cancelled? "You're going to need us in the future." "This is the wrong decision." "What makes you think you've figured things out?". Total disrespect in his tone, this alone made me not trust this place and I will never go there. the fact that someone so nice to me turned on a dime convinced me that they only want my money. (P.S, straight up misinformation may also be present, I was told on the phone that you get a phone call every other day for about 30 minutes but some reviews say calls are only for like 10 minutes twice a week..)

The therapy I received for my severe depression at We Level Up was life changing. I never knew that people actually cared the way that the staff at the We Level Up treatment facility did. Through treatment here I learned to overcome prior trauma, fears and heartbreaks that had held me back for so long. I began to learn to develop genuine relationships with others and felt better with myself. I’m now an alumni of We Level Up and stay involved through their alumni department and live events. I’ve been able to participate in their on-going group activities, fostering the relationships and friendships I’ve built while in treatment. I continue to grow everyday. The support that I receives from both the staff and residents was instrumental in helping me focus on what I could control in my own life. I am so grateful to this program. I would recommend to We Level Up’s mental health programs to anyone suffering like I did.

The We Level Up residential mental health facility was recommended by multiple people who have recovered through their program. Their mental health services are well known in the local community. Everything being equal this was definitely the best decision I've made to get help from people who could actually help. The entire staff, from the therapists to the behavioral coaches, have all shown real support and love to their patients. Thank you everyone for saving me from my miserable depressed and anxious life. I appreciate all that you guys have done for me and can report I feel much better. I’ve returned to work and have started to resume my degree in school. A big thank you to We Level Up.

What a great positive rehab recovery experience. The We Level Up treatment center program was excellent. Starting when I arrived until I completed rehab, the staff were great and attentive. They were knowledgeable, understanding and even knew what you needed throughout my stay. Even now, I’m connected to many new friends I made during my stay. Thank you We Level Up treatment center.

Yes. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the facility.
Where you require additional treatment, tests, and medical and other services that are directly provided by a third-party provider, these services are billed by those providers separately.

Please know, where you ignore your bills, they may be sent to a collection agency and could impact your credit score.
Your payment or balance outstanding is due immediately upon receipt.
A remaining balance generally may reflect that you have not met your insurance deductible. Or that your insurance carrier requires a copay that the patient is directly responsible for. Also in some instances, there is an applicable co-insurance or the treatment service was considered a non-covered fee under your insurance benefits plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield typically covers individual therapy sessions for people with mental health conditions. BCBS insurance may cover therapy fully or partially depending upon the member’s plan. The member may still be responsible for certain additional costs of therapy, especially if they still owe money towards their deductible or are required to pay a coinsurance.
The amount of substance abuse treatment that BCBS covers is contingent upon a member’s particular plan, their desired treatments, and the provider they choose. You can discover more about your BCBS coverage by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card or calling one of our admissions navigators today.
The length of time that Blue Cross Blue Shield mental health insurance, or any insurance plan, will cover rehab depends on an individual’s specific health care plan and their behavioral health benefits. The length of time that someone stays in rehabilitation for mental health is also contingent upon the particular treatment program and their recommended level of care. You can find rehabs that accept blue cross blue shield insurance.
In general, Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans do cover treatment for addiction, at least in part, but again, specifics are based on the individual policy you possess. Most plans cover treatment for medical detox if determined to be necessary. This would most likely be the case for those suffering from benzodiazepine addiction, alcohol addiction, and opiate addiction. Detoxing from these substances can be dangerous and should always be monitored by medical professionals.
Yes, in general, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance covers various forms of inpatient rehab. There are multiple types of inpatient rehab, including ones with specialized programs for people struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders. Other inpatient residential rehab centers may place emphasis on treating women who are pregnant or have recently had children or simply be gender-specific.
