The bathroom had mold around the Shower dirt all in the corner dust throughout.. Room had a very Distinct ODOR very unpleasant Smell Elevator took soooo long ended up taking the stairs me and my Children ugh most of the front Desk was very Rude don't say i didn't warn you Only good thing was the Breakfast and the employees that worked that area.

I wish I can give this please a -5 stars. NEVER AGAIN! Still waiting on the GM to call me back. Simply put "don't stay here". After signing a "this is a non-smoking hotel" document, 10 mins later I find my 11 month old baby chewing on something. Well, to my surprise this tirned out to be a left over marijuana cigarette. What in the hell!? You had one job, the health and safety of your guests. Mind you. I called twice before checking in to confirm and make sure the room was properly clean. Not to mention the little spiders (at least 5) in the tub also. Even at chrck in I ask "was the floor properly cleaned? Can I let my baby play in thr floor of the room?" They said yes, with a lot of confidence.

I arrived late after a LONGGGGG road trip. The hotel was nice but the 5 STAR 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 attraction was the Front Desk Personnel Sharmayne.....she was extremely energetic, accommodating, and the epitome of what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!! She a outstanding representative and really went above and beyond in conducting her duties.
