Maybe the worst service I've ever experienced. They are great at the beginning because they want your service. After the contract has been signed, it gets bad... Here is what over $15,000 of service from California to North Carolina has gotten us: First: After we agreed to the quote, a couple days later they tell us they don't have anyone in their company available to ship our stuff on time. So they are going with a different moving company that we never agreed to. Instant bait and switch. Read a few other reviews - same thing happens to them. Second: We are still in the process of this move with them. Their communication was non-existent until I complained multiple times and wrote bad reviews on them. We had written multiple emails to our moving coordinator asking if they received specific documents they require to deliver our stuff and never received a response. Instead, I had to call and be transferred multiple times to finally reach her. She then insisted that I didn't submit the documents even though I have multiple emails in my "sent" box confirming I did. After complaining and writing poor reviews, we received an email from Kenneth McLeod, a Customer Service Manager. He is more responsive, but also mislead us. He told us on September 7th that our stuff was scheduled to be delivered the following week. On the following Monday, he again confirmed that delivery was scheduled for the end of the week. Come Wednesday of the delivery week, they tell us our delivery is delayed and won't be delivered be the end of the week... It is currently 15 days after the date we told them we wanted our stuff and we still don't have a confirmed delivery date scheduled. If you're considering this company, please read all of these reviews and go with some other moving company.
