The location is nice. The staff is very friendly - especially the breakfast staff. The price was pretty high $314 for mid-week. The pool was nice, although it was extremely hot and muggy in the pool area. We had to limit the time the kids got to swim just because we couldn't stand being in there any longer to watch them.

This place is wonderful! The staff is so kind and really cares about the guests. They asked us how we were doing as we walked down the hall, greeted us every time we passed the front desk, and cleaned our trays up when we were done with breakfast (which is really great by the way!). The hotel is clean and well maintained and the view is stunning. I really hope we have the chance to visit the area again so we can stay here.

No one at front desk in am. They had a process to check in and out at the same time. Staffing? Breakfast included....excellent food choices and staff kept it clean and stocked. A bit pricey...but hey, high tourist season and they need to stay afloat too! Along with Pictured Rock National Shoreline...the many nearby waterfalls are a must see. Loved privately owned Horsehoe Falls and the gift there shop is amazing!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean enough but this hotel is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. You are strictly paying for a view of the lake and a place to sleep with limited options in town and they know it. Over $300 dollars a night when we stayed at surrounding cities for half that in much nicer hotels. Paint was peeling in bathroom and on outside of the hotel. Shower curtain and tub were stained. Carpet was dirty and had crumbs next to bed.

I scoured the lot looking for a parking place, I didn't see any chargers.
It was last time I stayed there 2 yrs ago, however, they did say they were remodeling soon and would no longer accepting pets. Give em call.
You would be better off calling the service desk of the hotel to find out if there is a room available for those specific days.

A general hotel breakfast. Scrambled eggs, a meat option (or 2), and cold options like muffins, cereal, and fruit. Coffee, juice, and milk. A cool feature is their automated pancake machine! My boys loved that thing!
No really certain if they have a honeymoon suite. Sorry i would call them.
