I have lived here for years and I am so tired of the lot rent going up every year. I now pay more than what my house payment is and it's really getting tiring. I have lived here 26 years and my lot rent has tripled

Great place to live. Quite. Cleaning it up , still needs some work. Need to have incentives again to keep it clean and beautiful.
