This hotel fails on all levels. I did not feel like a guest from the moment we got there. we were told that we could not leave because our rate was not changeable. the staff left our room door open during a maintenance. the" regional manaher told me running this hotel is like putting lipstick on a pig. the exterior doors are propped open with cinderblocks. the breakfast staff go 15 feet outside the door to smoke.( super healthy and appealing) I could not wait to get the heck out of this place. we would have tried to stay elsewhere but the whole town was sold out and we were there for business. .the carpets were horrible and smelled really bad. again we will never stay there

We requested a pack and play several months ago when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were told they were no longer doing them because of COVID. Their website still says they have them, so that would have been nice to know so our toddler actually had a place to sleep. The carpets in our room had been cleaned the day we arrived and were still wet. As they dried, a funky smell emerged from them. Overall, the hotel doesn’t seem particularly clean or well kept. Our bathroom was moldy with huge cracks in the shower. To top it all off, I was up at 5 a.m. (again, toddler with no appropriate place to sleep) and thought I’d get an early start. I hopped in the shower and there was no hot water…. at 5 a.m. before the rest of the hotel was up and moving. We won’t be stopping here again.

We needed a motel due to a vehicle breakdown late at night. We chose this one due to the Holiday Inn reputation but were very disappointed. The facility is older and not well kept. We had to ask for clean sheets since the ones in the room were soiled. The staff was fairly friendly but for the $172 we paid, there was much to be desired in terms of getting the value for what we spent. I would not recommend this hotel under current conditions.

We attempted to make a reservation online and received an error message instructing us to contact our nearest IHG reservation number. We went to the hotel and told the desk person what had happened and she put us in a room at a slightly different rate. We have now been billed for both the online reservation which we did not believe had been completed and the room which we booked at the hotel itself. We have contacted Customer Service and received a case number and were told the hotel will contact us within 48 hours. The only acceptable resolution to this is to credit us with the charge for the online reservation. The rest of our stay did not go much better. We were initially put in a room which was under repair and had to change rooms. The room and the hallways seemed dirty and in need of some cosmetic repairs. At breakfast in the morning there was no pancake maker available and they had run out of bacon and coffee even though breakfast was being served for an hour and a half more. My wife told the breakfast attendent about the coffee running out and she did bring out a fresh pot.
