They did a very poor job dealing with Covid and those with family memberships. Even when they finally opened back up, it was only to adults. We paid for a family membership and should have either been redeemed back the money or redeemed back for the time the facility was closed to children. They only redeemed for the time the whole facility was closed to everyone, but not for the time it was closed to children. We bought a FAMILY membership for our children! Greedy
