Mr. Andersen is really sweet and helpful! He runs a tight ship, keeps everything clean and nice. The people here are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this park for senior citizens.

Tried to rent for RV, but this is a 55 and older community.... Currently only monthly rentals available. It looks and sounds excellent.

Homestead trailer park is a nice clean Park owner is very helpful
No pool
This park doesn't do overnight stays. As you pay the electric and water bills separately. They are monthly RV lot rentals. Not sure if they have any RV to rent

It Depends on what you think as pet friendly. Yes a small dog is allowed if under 10 pounds. You are to walk your dog outside of the park or stays on your site to do their business. Must still clean up

Each park has different rates and some rates change by the season. January through March are the busy season, hard to get a spot without a reservation made a year early
