Ace Rent-To-Own

I own my home in Council Bluffs, and Ace Rent to Own Associates came to my home and was trying to reach me. I was not there, and when I got home I found my storm door all messed up, including my security camera. They did not latch the door when they left. The wind caught the door, busted the frame, as well bent the door. Well I called their manager "Chris" he verified with his associates, and they did. The point of this story is that Chris, and Cory; and their president, called me and told me what they were going to do. They not only fixed my door, and the operation of the door, and it works better than it did before it broke. I have found Ace Rent to Own to be an awesome place to buy furniture, electronics any thing, they are honest, and very helpful, and they care what people think of them. They are an awesome people, and I will continue to do business with them, in years to come. Thank-you Ace Rent to Own for fixing my storm door. The contractor did an awesome job!!! Troy L Miller

Wanted to switch my parents to monthly . After paying my one week I owed. Was told I'd have to pay the monthly payment right away. They won't even work with me on my payment . Very sad place.
