You must have an account with their website as it is tied to your home/apartment. Sign in to your account, select menu, then select messages, not documents. Then select "contact us" and fill out the form.
They are no good while they are buying up all these properties
Honestly it always depends, those office girls make up their minds day by day. Just make sure your willing to belittle yourself as much as possible whether you are right wrong or indifferent disregarding your situation when and if you go it to talk to them

If you login to your account on their website and click on menu, then messages, it should have a green button that says "contact us" click on that and it will give you a box where you can submit your written concern as well as upload photos. If that is not working feel free to reach out to the office for help, or reply on here.
The only way to put in a work order is through your online portal on the pmr website. If the website is experiencing issues, your best option is to call the office.
