BEWARE SHADY!!!!So today we had a service call that turned sour. We have been working with DND golf car repair for some time. The problem started a while back when our lights went out on the golf cart, but it still had power to run. A service guy came, Benji( he has been coming to us for sometime), out to look at the cart. Stated that our problem was the electric box that powers the lights. told my husband he needed to put water in the batteries and that he was ordering the parts needed. Called his office and they ordered the parts. They did tells us that covid was making things harder to receive, so we anticipated a long wait fo the part. My husband called as the date given was getting closer. They told him no part yet and we had to wait another 3 weeks for the part. Ok so we waited. In the meantime my husband gets a sweet deal to purchase a newer golf cart with all the upgraded from his buddy and he bought it. Which meant we didn’t need The old golf cart so he sold it. It sold in 1 week, it just so happens we sold the cart the day before our appointment SWEET! When the date to repair arrived my husband wanted then to check out the new golf cart and add a few things to it. NO CALL UPON ARRIVAL NOTHING, just showed up. Benji came was very polite and my husband stated he didn’t need the part because he didn’t have the cart anymore but he did need to get the cart lifted and signal lights. So Benji called his office and he was told to tell us that we still needed to buy the part for $465 (mind u the guy that bought our cart said he found the part for $160 and he buys and repair and resells the carts for more) JUST THE PART! No service given, just the part!! And if we wanted to get service for the other things we need to buy the part. REALLY? My husband refused and said he wasn’t paying for a part he had no use for. So Benji went back talk to his office and came back an said that he needs to pay for the last visit, when he checked the cart for the part needed? Why didn’t they charge my husband then? He said it was no charge now they changed their mind? I thought that was terrible business. We were about to spend over $1000 on more service? And they decided to loose our business completely because of greed. I have never heard of a business making u pay for a part that is not installed or needed just because they ordered it. I really thought we had a good relationship, it almost felt like betrayal. So now I wonder if all our problems that we have had were probably caused my them.? If they can be shady then I wouldn’t put past them what they would do to get extra money $$$ BEWARE!!!

Good Morning Tony, When was the last times the Valves were adjusted? The valves being out of adjustment seem to be the #1 cause as to why an E-Z-Go can be hard to start. This is a minor repair that we can perform on site or you can bring the vehicle to our shop anytime!! Hope this helps you out!
