Quality Inn location at 115 Ann Denard Drive Washington Ga was very disappointing. The room was infested with roaches. Upon entering the room there were dead roaches outside the room. Upon asking for roach spray to spray the room, obviously more roaches came out with one crawling on the ceiling eventually falling onto the group. After complaining we were offered another room that we declined as I told the girl at the front desk there is no guarantee that the roaches would skip a room and not be there as well. I will say the girl at the front desk was friendly and seemed to emphasize with our concern. The room was prepaid through Priceline who did not want to refund the monies..Apparently Priceline charges a % toward the price of the room and gives the hotel the remainder of the price. I stayed up most of the night looking to see if anymore roaches would surface.. The stay was absolutely a nightmare! I do not intend to ever return to this location nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone..I am a Choice Hotel member and have filed a complaint with them to advise them of this particular location. I have stayed at other Choice Hotels who have very nice locations but this one so far is the worst! .

Stayed here for two nights for MX race. Staff was friendly and room was all we needed and was clean. Had great hot water pressure.

LowDown With Luke

We were on 1st floor. Blind would not completely close and had to go to the front desk for a paper clip to hold the blind closed so people outside our room could not see in. There was yellow something on the bathroom door that wiped off easily for me - clearly no one had cleaned thoroughly. Shower - 1/2 the water came from shower head and 1/2 from bath spigot. Very little hot water. Stains on sheets. Hair in our bed, grit on floor. Toilet would not flush and had to go to management for a plunger. I asked to speak with manager, but the manager would not talk with me. Said there was nothing they could do for tonight but I could cancel my second night. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I would not recommend staying here we’re here for a motocross race, and as soon as we walked in we noticed what it looked to be pee stains on the wall. The shower did not work properly and the toilet would not flush. There was dirt all over the floor, the curtains did not close all the way and when we addressed the staff with that she gave us a paper clip for hold them shut, and the manager would not speak with us. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
