This was my first time calling Orkin about general bug problems I had in my house. Chris was very nice and helpful he explained everything he was going to be doing and got everything done super fast! Im super happy with the service and would Definitely recommend!

New office employees have no idea what they’re doing. They don’t return calls and don’t bother to update my account with the services I’m getting so the techs show up not knowing what they’re supposed to do. I’ve had a no call no show once and the tech was late the next time with no notice, so I was waiting around since 8am (the window they gave was 8-10) just for him to show up at 11am. The office apparently didn’t see an issue since they don’t seem to have any regard for others’ time. Really a shame since I’ve always had great experiences with Orkin prior to this year.

Today was our first appointment. Jeff was very knowledgeable, polite and overall nice person. He explained what he was going to do today and what to expect from future treatments. Answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Then he performed the services as he described. I look forward to continuing our service with the company. I would highly recommend Orkin.

Had our first visit and I’m excited for the next. Getting things set up was a breeze. I missed the first phone call due to busy life, and they followed up with a text and I was able to set everything up and ask my questions via text. Super convenient! Once we had an appointment my technician called ahead of time to check in snd was very friendly and professional. Kept me up to date with his arrival time. Was very quick and efficient once he was here. Was very kind to my pets and overall just a friendly guy. Overall satisfied with all the initial set up and visit.
