What a mess! Don't waste your time or harm your health with these people! The doctors are arrogant and dismissive. The clinic seems to operate from a time before modern hygiene standards, forget pandemic level precautions! The front desk staff is lazy at best, incompetent at worst and wears their masks around their chins. The scheduler is particularly nasty, doesn't call back, then when I finally got to talk to her after trying to schedule thru the portal she informed me she scheduled and appointment months out since she "couldn't get ahold of me". I was too angry to respond at the moment but I would like to send screenshots of my call log to her boss because I have been calling and leaving messages to try to schedule. My doctor didn't use gloves when examining me and didn't wash his hands before or after. The doctor I saw for follow up, because my doctor is booking months out (due to his vacation schedule according to the scheduler), referred me back to my original primary care to work on the issues I'm having and though she conceded that testing sounds like it's required, she refused to order any. What a waste of precious time as my health continues to deteriorate. I'm livid. I'm going to complain to my insurance to try to get them to drop this place and reassign me and other unhappy patients should too.

I have called multiple times during any given day and can never get anyone on the phone. Leave multiple messages that are never returned. Its been horrible ever since Cleveland Clinic took over!!!

I am new to this office, and although I very much like Meredith Kitchell, the support staff is appalling. They obviously don't care. It's been very difficult to get answers to basic questions, whether I try via phone call (always feel like they're angry that I called, and cut me off and send me straight to a voicemail) and I am not having better luck so far asking through the portal. I see other very negative reviews also, so I need to decide whether to stay or try somewhere else. It's a shame because I'm truly liking Meredith Kitchell (PA) so far.

While seeking a new primary Doctor I ended at this place, to see a PA, appointment was made over a month ahead of schedule . Today was my appointment and after waiting for 2 hours I complained and was told that I can reschedule it. I turn around and left ! Why schedule appointments if they can not see the patients ? Waisting people time and getting them all upset.
