Stay away from this place if your really sick. I made an appointment for my husband and and I. We waited an additional hour and a half past our appointment time and then got a 5 min consultation open your mouth. Oh yes you has post nasal drip take TheraFlu and I’ll call in a cough pill. He didn’t even ask my husband to take a deep breath when listening to his lungs. We are still sick three days later TheraFlu did nothing. I called back to see if he could prescribe us something stronger. I got please stay close to your phone we will call you back. That was at 3 pm. No call. I called back at 8 pm. Oh yes I’ll check! Please stay close to your phone no call no prescription. They seem to think our health is a joke!

After waiting over an hour for a ten minute interaction with the PA, I can't help but feel like $75 is a bit too much for a visit, and that the word "urgent" in Urgent Care, should probably be reconsidered. They need more staff obviously.

I was a walk in at urgent care on an early Sunday morning for a clogged ear, I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and then My problem was resolved By a nurse practitioner.
