I was taken care of as soon as I stepped to the desk. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor had a very warm and welcoming personality. The whole experience made me very relaxed because I was scared and nervous. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on Colerain to anyone that needs dental care.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and had no judgements. From taking my x-rays, the hygienist, and Dr. Anderson, and the office manager really showed they cared and wanted to do all they can to help me. I will refer my family and friends to Aspen Dental.

Elderly family member had multiple teeth extracted. Oral anesthetic not called in so it could be taken before procedure, dentist really rude, staff wrote down the wrong teeth to extract and Colerain office staff, including manager, more concerned with talking about finding a man than the patients. No matter how excellent your in network insurance is you will have to finance to get their HORRIBLE treatment. After procedure the family member came out with dried blood all over their face!!! They will have to pay for their horrible treatment for the next 1 1/2 years!!!

I am always a little nervous going to the dentist but the employees and the dentist were so polite and friendly which put me at ease immediately. I was impressed with how they handled my appointment so well and how professional they all were. My former dentist finally retired and I was referred via an acquaintance and also checked them on their business postings. I am very pleased with my choice of Aspen Dental on Colerain Ave.It was very clean and organized and they answered every question I had patiently even though they were past their closing time. I have found my new dentist! I usually do not write many reviews but they earned this one!
