With over 30 years in the medical field as well as multiple personal experiences with long term skilled nursing facilities this place is far and away one of the worst places I have ever encountered. From the musty /Moldy stench to the out of control back mold that is present in the bathrooms it is a bio hazard that is unfit for human occupancy. This place was totally unprepared to take care of patients at any level of care. When questioned about the lack of professional organization I got the type of response one would expect from a 9th grader. "Why is it our responsibility to obtain the medications needed to take care of patients? " It was my fault as a patient, that they were unprepared for my ar torival and couldn't give me an ETA on when my medication would arrive. I felt unsafe, as well as a burden to their staff and timing of when their medication would be given. My meds arrived 2 hours late and was badly needed. I was told that instead of accommodating my medical needs I would have to wait an additional 4 hrs to be medicated so not to have the nurse readjust the medication administration record. Totally unprofessional, unsafe and not fit for human occupancy.

They don’t have no idea whst they are doing . The place is very depressing, needs to be updated , painted .. there are some good nurse , but in general this place is the worst !!! They claim it’s one of the better ones .. lol. My mom has dementia and some of the nurses come in & don’t even talk to her .. ( like she not even there ). Yes they are short handed just like ever place else .. but my mom has done nothing but gotten worse sense she here . We make sure one of us is there every day with her to make sure she is taken care of … they tell her to press the button when she needs help .. she has dementia she not going to remember!! Oh .. one Saturday I press the button .. no one anywhere to be found for 45 min !!! So after 45 min I had to go to the nursing supervisor.. place is NOT good !

Wouldn't recommend this felicity for workers. If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience in the Activity department ever. I felt like an outsider for so long and today was the last straw. I left this place in tears because of the Activity director. I've never worked some where I felt like I was a no body.

I appreciate the Nursing care and Rehab my loved one received from PSL. I strongly recommend PSL for anyone in need of nursing care for their loved one. The staff was so friendly, I cant thank them enough.
