Terrible customer service at the tire center, go the the store manager to get results. Better yet drive down the road to anyone for better service. I still want to know how thee tape weights ended up between the rotor and the Brake Dust Shield. One can be a mistake but three....

BJ’s tyre department is on of the places I never want to visit again. No customer relationship, not interested in their job, no timely completion of the job. But we can see so many certification on the wall

I'm at the BJ's on federal rd right now. My husband was filling my tire with air and the little tube thingy cracked. We walked over to the tire shop and the service technician didn't try to help us. I guess 5pm closing time really means 445pm closing. There's noone in the shop and they aren't doing ANYTHING. BJ's should just close on Sundays if they don't want to work!!!!
