I did not have my phone, I was 3 hours away from home, They did not let me use their facility phone… So I left, (which is my right), and they baker acted me. When you are baker acted, you lose certain rights, like the right to refuse medical procedures that are dangerous. They sent me to new horizons Port St. Lucie. When I was there, they forcefully injected me with something and then I had to be rushed to the emergency room afterwards.

Acted so nice on the phone and said everything was confidential and speaking about suicidal thoughts were absolutely fine little did I know she was printing all of that out and as soon as the next day after I got scared and wanted to go home they wouldn't let me call my mother she gave me a shot of something that made me fall asleep gave the police printed files of everything I said over the phone woke up to 5 police officers arresting me and sent me to a baker act loony bin facility like a piece of shjt which made my drinking problem worse thanks

My experience at Behavioral Health Centers was very humbling the staff was extremely helpful and caring, the therapist's were also great especially my therapist Mark Mason. Also administration was also helpful Tiffany, Channing they were great just awesome and last but not least the techs were amazing Sandra and Ty great job, the chef definitely met my diabetic needs. This is definitely the place to be if your in need of help. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome.
