First time here. In town for a family outing. We always eat out. My brother and I had the fish on special that day it was excellent. Service was quick and friendly.

My steak & cheese hoagie was a cut above what I expected: quite excellent. My girlfriend's meatloaf & waffle platter wasn't quite as good (recipe could use tweaked, IMO), but the TLC in the design was there. Only low point of the food was a soggy and incredibly underwhelming basket of fries: a stark contrast to a menu that was otherwise relatively on-point. They had daily specials but the prices didn't seem that "special". All in all, however, price-points were reasonable. Restaurant very clean. Minimalist decor in tasteful woodtones. Like MacArthur, "I will return!" [and give it another go].
