THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RULES HERE. Parents def should take more responsibility. Maybe get rid of the vib chairs because parents lined up to relax. Problem is...nobody is babysitting while you're getting your back massage. For an hour, I watched several staff on the basketball court sweat it out like the NBA finals. Kids jumping all over on the individual tramps with no supervision from parents but then no redirection from staff...up to 5 on a tramp. When I asked the staff if that was allowed he said yeah, it didn't matter. It was truly bizarre that it was such a chaotic environment and seemed to be the normal setting for staff to just sit around and kick it. No one asked for any of our waivers either. They must have great insurance there. I really loved when the birthday party was popping balloons and all the kids hit the floor, freaking out. It's sad but why add extra trauma to an already out of control situation.

We were here recently with a group of about 80 for a Scout night, and what a fun time they had. I imagine it's tough to accommodate that large of a group while being open to the public, but they did a great job. My two scouts had a great time bouncing everywhere. The new room with the cameras that put them into the video game was by far their favorite. I was especially impressed with the employees. From what I can tell, they're mostly teenagers; and they were very nice when I chatted with them; and seemed to enjoy their job. Food was good, dining area was clean. It's a great place for the kids to tire themselves out in a safe environment.

I took my family to the location on Watson in Shrewsbury. Check in was super easy. The place was completely disgusting, I mean shoes sticking to floor disgusting, All the tables were covered in stickiness like spilled soda etc and old food crumbs. The attendants who are supposed to monitor the jumping zones were too busy flirting with each other and running around playing. They are literally getting paid to play, sounds like a dream job right? The boy workers were chasing the girl workers around and they actually knocked some little kids over in the process. Then all the workers disappeared and were in the basketball court area hanging out. I never once saw a manager or supervisor, only a police officer walking around. At least someone was doing their job! I mean these are young kids that they are hiring but if you don't set standards and hold them accountable how are they ever going to learn how to conduct themselves in a work environment? Then we ordered pretzels and cheese and nachos and it took 45 minutes. The workers wore gloves which was a plus but they had long hair and no hair nets, and of course found hair in our nachos. I will never take my kids here nor spend my hard earned money here ever again. It was really disappointing because places like this are great for kids to get exercise and to wear them out!!! Just wish management would step up and take control back and make it a nice,CLEAN place.

Yes and No. They are required to enter and for all non-jumpers. Masks can be removed while jumping (or eating/drinking)
They always have deals on groupon. I would check there. I paid 57 for 4 90 minute jump passes.
Depends on the amount of time, but typically around $15
Not really. Generally whatever your knees can take. Trampolines are rated beyond 400 pounds
Varies from $10-$21. Most spend around $14

We make Pizza on-site. It is freshly prepared and very good (probably not great, but definitely good). We also have chicken strips or buffalo, French fries, nachos, popcorn, Dippin Dots, Candy, chips and soft pretzels. We offer Pepsi products including Gatorade and lemonade & punch. We also have 4 flavors of Icee's and are introducing real fruit Smoothies
No. You can use them on return visits. The cashier (dont recall her name) that I spoke with said we could've brought socks with us from another trampoline park we visited previously.
Hi Shenelle! As Jamie stated, we do have our Rockin' Tots program for kids 6 years and under. We highly recommend it if you'd like to stay away from the bigger kids, but always welcome during Open Jump as well.
